Fast & Easy Dill Fish
Ingredients
  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Mayo
  • Dill weed to taste
  • Parsley (fresh or dried) to taste
  • Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread onion across the bottom of a glass baking dish. Place fish on top of the onion. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the top of the fish. Sprinkle with dill and parsley. Bake, covered, until fish flakes easily, about 30 minutes.
