An anonymous Port Clyde Fresh Catch customer who says this is the only way her three young boys will eat fish!

- 2 fish fillets
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Mayo
- Dill weed to taste
- Parsley (fresh or dried) to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread onion across the bottom of a glass
- baking dish. Place fish on top of the onion. Spread a thin layer of
- mayonnaise over the top of the fish. Sprinkle with dill and parsley. Bake,
- covered, until fish flakes easily, about 30 minutes.
