Fast & Easy Dill Fish

An anonymous Port Clyde Fresh Catch customer who says this is the only way her three young boys will eat fish!

  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Mayo
  • Dill weed to taste
  • Parsley (fresh or dried) to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread onion across the bottom of a glass
  2. baking dish. Place fish on top of the onion. Spread a thin layer of
  3. mayonnaise over the top of the fish. Sprinkle with dill and parsley. Bake,
  4. covered, until fish flakes easily, about 30 minutes.
