Ingredients
- Two fish fillets
- 4 ounces goat cheese or to taste
- 2-3 tblsn pesto or to taste
Instructions
- Soften the goat cheese at room temperature.
- Mix goat cheese and pesto in a small bowl
- Place fish fillets in greased pan and spread with cheese and pesto mixture
- place in pre-heated grill on medium and close the lid
- Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, 8-10 minutes
