A zesty new taste to traditional fish
Ingredients
  • 2 Fish Fillets
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tblsp butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tblsp capers
  • 1 tblsp parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Dash of Tabasco (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Place the two fillets in a lightly
  2. greased glass baking dish. Spread the melted butter over the tops of fillets.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until flaky.
  5. While the fish is baking, mix the ingredients of lemon yogurt caper sauce
  6. together and let stand so that the flavors can meld together
